Yep seeing this in my log as well. Together with some other errors, only for the coordinating player if I remember that correctly. Not able to check it now since I am not home.
Nothing to add other than I am experiencing the same problem.
Also only for the coordinating player and at random times, e.g. although my Sonos system played all morning as part of my alarm clock it only registered the warning over a period of 20 minutes:

The same here! With 0.41, after 2/3 hours the system starts to log these errors (and ‘time out of sync’), some components stop to work and even the log for syslog stops!!!
For me, since 0.28 that the system is getting more unstable with each release! I have mainly mysensors, MQTT and command line components. I have already tried another machine, another linux operating system, windows, … but the final result is the same (now I use a small server with Debian 8).
Meanwhile I switched to another controller, and HA just controls a small subset of redundant sensors (mysensors), one RGB (mysensors) light, one sonos speaker, and one MQTT alarm panel (just for testing).
Those warnings are harmless and can be safely ignored unless they are affecting the performance. There is a PR in the works that will remove those warnings.
