Hi all,
I have several wi-fi power plugs from same brand (pwr4u) in the tuya app these all worked in home assistant.
But shortly, 1 no longer works in home assistant, it still works with the tuya app and google home.
Furthermore, no log messages can be found, only that home assistant reports that it is an orphan and I should remove it.
Anyone have an idea how to get this plug working again in home assistant?
Regards.
Possibly you use locatuya and the device-ip changed?
I set it up as described in Tuya - Home Assistant
It al worked fine but when I take a look at tuya developer cloud devices there ar no devices the list is empty.
None? Not even the other two? Then this/there might be the key problem…not HA
EDIT: I have 3 other brand tuya plugs and first had them on Tuya via the app but I switched to localtuya as it was supposedly faster in response. In the past 6 months (since I have them) I only once lost one of the plugs and had to re-add it…app still worked fine but was ‘gone’ in tuya-project
Well, I could not find them.
But then it is strange that the other two still working fine in HA.
Agreed … I have no (real) help other then to re-add
