17Track Integration won't let me sign in

I hope I got this into the right category.

I’m trying to set up the 17Track integration and I’m falling at the very first step: signing in.

I signed up for an account with 17 Track, made sure my password wasn’t more than 16 characters, but all I get when I try to sign in is “Invalid Authentication” in Red banner at the top.

I’ve checked the logs and didn’t see any, at all, relating to this.

Kind of at a loss here as to what next step to take. Help would be appreciated!

I don’t use 17Track, but do you use a social media login? If you use a name and password login, try changing your password to the minimum length.

I just noticed mine appears to be broken. Maybe there is some problem with the integration.

damn, wanted to implement this… does anyone know if this is on the patch list?
