Hey there…have searched and searched and so far coming up completely empty on any similar reports of this issue so either I’ve got a weird one or my Google-fu is failing me.
Post 2025.12 upgrade my custom .yaml based dashboard shows an empty name only in the sidebar, even though when clicked it shows just fine at the top of the window, and it has a title in configuration.yaml. Issues occurs on mobile app as well through standard browser access, and I’ve tried changing back to the default HA theme too to ensure it wasn’t a strange theme related bug. See attached screenshots for illustration (ignoae all the “offline” light statuses lol I had just rebooted HA when I took the screenshot ). Anyways has anyone else seen this yet? Any thoughts on what else I could try to potentially resolve?
I was having the same problem. Fixed it by going to “Manage dashboards” and then selecting the “Add to sidebar” option. I use Browser-mod to set the dafault order of my dashboards, and have a different dashboard for my desktop vs mobile interfaces, so once I made sure both of them were added to the sidebar, I had to go to Browser mod and hide one of them as previously. Name now displays correctly.
