Hi,
My Home Assistant frontend is permanently stuck on the Home Assistant logo with “Loading…”, but the backend and even parts of the frontend appear to work normally. The Loading screen is stuck after entering valid credentials. Invalid credentials correctly show that they are invalid (expected).
I can for example press e to see entities and control anything, but UI is not loading.
The situation is the same with incognito browser mode.
I did some investigation with AI, but I keep going in circles it seems. The websocket and auth seems to work ok.

Troubleshooting already attempted
- Cleared browser data and used Incognito mode
- Tested another browser and device
- Tested another Home Assistant user
- Used direct LAN IP
- Rebooted the entire host
- Started Home Assistant in safe mode
- Updated Core from 2026.9.1 to 2026.9.2
- Checked disk space and system health
- Installed fresh Home Assistant OS on a spare SSD and restored the full backup
