24VAC WiFi-Controlled Switch Options?

For my first home automation project with Home Assistant, I would like to replace the dumb humidistat that came with a whole house humidifier with a switch controlled by home assistant. I am pulling the humidity level from multiple Ecobee thermostats and want set up an automation. My question is what people would recommend for such a switch.

I have 4 wires coming from the humidifier, 2 to power the humidistat (24VAC) and 2 which are connected to provide 24VAC when the humidifier is called. I see some Shelly products that might work but they seem designed to run off 120VAC inside an outlet. I ideally I could use the 24VAC wires that power the current humidistat to power a wifi-controlled switch.

I bought a relay that could be added to my Raspberry Pi 5 via the GPIO, but now I am running Home Assistant on that device and apparently I can’t activate the GPIO pins on the rpi that is running HA? So one option is buy another rpi and install this switch but maybe a company like Shelly is making just what I need to work with HA?

This seems such a simple question but I did search and don’t see any recommendations for this specifically. For background, the current humidistat is not ideal as it is installed on the air return duct in the attic and so needs the fan running constantly to refresh the humidity levels, and still never reads as low as what I’m measuring in more remote parts of the house, so the humidifier is not being activated as much as it should.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

MHCOZY 1 Channel USB 5V AC/DC 7-32V Smart WiFi Wireless Relay Switch Module,Tuya Smart Life app Remote Control,Work with Alexa Google Home (1) https://amzn.asia/d/2cE8TWW

That looks to meet the spec, thank you, I’ll give it a try.

I have the switch powered and working within the Tuya app, but I’m struggling to get it integrated into HA. After I enter my user code from the settings in the Tuya app into HA, it asks me to use the app to scan a QR code, but I can’t see anywhere in the Tuya app to activate a camera to make that happen. If I scan the QR code with my camera then it just takes me to a site to download the app, which is already downloaded and installed.

I found the solution, which is that there is a cryptic icon on the Tuya app that activates the camera to scan the QR code. It looks like [-] in the upper right.
