Wondering why?
HA restart was required for bulbs to show updated FW.
yes, I did update a few while they were OFF and a few while they were ON. The same error in the logs. (so why?) Cycling them ON/OF did not show updated FW. And needed HA restart.
Now I have one more bulb at 0x042 that needs an update. But HA is not prompting me to do so.
