403: Forbidden - Is there a fix through CLI?

Hi there,
is there a way to fix the 403 error with the HomeAssistant CLI only ?
I am running HomeAssistant in a VM and don’t have access to the files.
HA is running fine, but I can’t access the UI due to a 403: Forbidden error.
I would like to backup some files and settings and transfer them to my new Yellow device.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
