403 or Unexpected Error Login Page

Running HASS on rasbperry pi 3, SSL enabled through letsencrypt.

Everything is working fine, HASS is running and no errors reported in the log, configuration passes check_config check.

Port forwarding 443 > 8123 working fine and has been until this morning. Seems if i navigate to the DNS address in Chrome i get the login box, enter the password and receive an “unexpected error” error and i cant login.

Navigating to DNS address in IE i get a 403 error.

I can still get to the web interface using https://IP:8123 but obviously that is only from inside the network and unsecure.

Anyone had this problem? Im a bit stumped

EDIT: I just rebooted the PI and it now seems to be working. How curious.

Usually when you get the unexpected login error it means that HASS is down for some reason.

Yeah it was a bit strange, everything was running just not accessible from the outside. Odd one. Nevermind
