Hello, when I triy to update ha I get this in supervisor logs:
025-05-24 12:27:34.464 ERROR (MainThread) [supervisor.docker.interface] Can’t install ghcr.io/home-assistant/qemux86-64-homeassistant:2025.5.3: 404 Client Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.48/images/ghcr.io/home-assistant/qemux86-64-homeassistant:2025.5.3/json: Not Found (“No such image: Package qemux86-64-homeassistant · GitHub”)
what can I do to resolve it?
Using VMBox with ha OS.
50% ram free and 50% storage free (17GB).
I was able to update to latest os but cannot yet install the latest version 2025.5.3
Also now I cannot access from remote…
Super annoying
Me too! also 17 gb free and using 1.8 GB Ram out of 8.
2025-05-25 16:24:19.087 ERROR (MainThread) [supervisor.docker.interface] Can’t install ghcr.io/home-assistant/qemux86-64-homeassistant:2025.5.3: 404 Client Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.48/images/ghcr.io/home-assistant/qemux86-64-homeassistant:2025.5.3/json: Not Found (“No such image: Package qemux86-64-homeassistant · GitHub”)
I updated the OS then the home assistant and it works.
Also I did a fresh installation…
I did a fresh install, and still have the same problem.
How did you do the update ?
After fresh install, HA OS is 15.2, Core is 2025.5.3
It looks like everything is already up-to-date. What gives.
TIA.
I also tried installing 15.0 (instead of 15.2), same error.
Further tried
ha os datadisk wipe
but no joy.
It is updated then.
2025.5.3 is the latest.
Checking online I found that tags on github can be outdated and when you try to update it asks for a tag in git and didnt find it, so It answer back 404.
Just wait a bit and update OS first. I did it and with the OS updated I was able to get the correct tag so also the core was updated to the latest

Great, thanks. Hope things work out soon.
It’s my first time trying to set up HA, it’s not easy to know if it’s just me screwing up, or an issue that’s not caused by me.
I tired installing HA 14.2. Same error.
How is this possible ? Why would 14.2 on startup hang up on not finding any 15.2 related files / images ?
Retry with the latest os. On my fresh installs it started on 15.2
I tried 14.2, 15.0 and 15.2.
They all show the same error. Really odd. I think it’s something with my local install, but I already tried different VMs, and got the same result.
