Hi I have purchased the 4HEAT pellet fire controller. I have configured it and with works perfectly when I’m connected to my LAN but when I try to connect using WAN or my data it won’t connect. The blue light continues to flash all the time. I have reset the controller and my router many times, ice read the instructions but it simply won’t connect using my data when away from home
