It’s just a thought, as HACS grows, it’s easy to have a huge install of cards (and integrations) that you try once and don’t really use.
Something like this would be amazing, maybe as another HACS card?! I wish I could programme, as I’d try.

I deleted all of the not-used HACS integrations and cards a month ago, all manually. I even found a list of not-used dashboard sources after deleting them via HACS and rebooting HA.
When editing the dashboard hit the 3 dots to check;
