A couple issues with the energy dashboard and my MQTT integration with Fusion Energy SEM-Meter

OK After reading through the message thread about this Energy monitor integration using MQTT I finally got it working after I put the correct MAC address in the YAML config file. I still can’t configure anything with regards to the sensors in the UI due to the non Unique ID problem but I can probably assign my own in the config file (I Hope).

The real issue is that the sensor data us all showing up on the Overview dashboard, which I would like to remove or place somewhere else (Energy, or another dashboard) but since I can’t edit these sensor data at the moment in the UI I think I am stuck. Is there an easy way to get the Unique ID problem fixed so I have more control over how and where the Sensor data us shown.

Next I notice that the Overview page adds an element called Energy distribution today. The problem I noticed is when an new day rolls around this still displays the data for the first day I set up the Energy Dashboard and has not updated for the current day. Any idea what the problem could be for that? Additionally I have no control over that element in the Overview dashboard. Its just there. Now I am a real Newbie at this, as I am running HA in an Oracle Virtual Machine, and don’t know my way around the command interface at all. Don’t know how to get at the underlying config files or really know much about how the whole thing is put together.

I am learning. I have to say I control quite a lot of switches at this point along with 4 security cameras and several temperature and humidity sensors, including one in a freezer. There is a lot more I want to do. I use a lot of trial and error. Backup the whole VM between experiments.

Any help with the SEM-Meter Sensor Data on the Overview dashboard would be greatly appreciated.
