Hello all,
I need help setting up the A260 -2023 Tuya Zigbee Smart digital lock with home assistant and Sonoff ZB dongle P with zigbee2mqtt. I was expecting it would be immediately recognized by zigbee2mqtt but it’s not. I’m not finding anything online about the zigbee version. I need some help with this setting up this device.
Also i tried standalone mode pressing * and #, but it keeps saying operation failed.
Please if anyone knows anything about it, help.
Is this your only zigbee device?
Is Zigbee2MQTT set-up and working?
We have nothing to go on here.
I have an old lock and I plugged it in and it don’t work, even when I press buttons…

No i have other zigbee devices and it’s all connected and working. Zigbee2MQTT is set up and working nicely for 2 years.
The smart lock seems to not be supported.
I don’t have good news for you. People have been trying to get this lock working in Z2M since 2020 and they haven’t gotten anywhere Can't integrate TY0A01 - Door Lock · Issue #4478 · Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt · GitHub.
I suggest you take this as a lesson to look up whether there’s device support in Z2M before buying a device.
i always do, i expected this will be supported as well. A big mistake that i will never repeat.
