Aarlo TFA failure

I'm getting this message from my new aarlo setup:

Error: login failed: 2fa: startup failed
If error persists you might need to change config and restart.

I've checked the secrets file and the aarlo config setup and they seem to match, so I'm not sure what's up. It says the Arlo configuration is starting at boot, but that takes very long time. It did take me a while to get the config file right, as the code I pasted from a YouTube video was full of syntax errors and a stray entry.

My Gmail app password is correct
My Arlo secondary account is setup, verified and the 2FA is setup
My TFA username and the aarlo username are the same secondary Gmail account
My TFA pwd is my Gmail app pwd
My aarlo password is the login pwd for the new aarlo account I setup
I don't see any spam email from Google
The HA boot has stopped complaining about the format of my aarlo config

Should I delete the aarlo pickle file or do I need to start from scratch.

Yes you can delete the pickle file after turning off the integration
Keep it OFF for few hours in Cloudflare is unhappy…

I just smoked the integration and reinstalled it using the configuration screens. This worked once i hit refresh, as the cameras didn't show up at first. I didn't make any other changes, so I'm not sure what the issue was. I commented out the YAML before i reinstalled the integration. Alexa has about 50 new entities now. LOL.

Sadly the aarlo person trigger (is_state_attr) isn’t working like the Eufy trigger, but that's another post.
