We are an OEM and ODM factory that has been developing and producing personal wireless weather station sensor device for thirty years.
I would like to know that the integration developed by our company has been successfully tested in HA. How can I apply to join HA Core and allow users to select brands to add? What are the requirements? Approval cycle? How much does that cost?

You may want to take a look at the Works with Home Assistant program or the Developer channels on the Home Assistant Discord
If your goal is simply to have your integration part of Core, the way to go is to open a PR vs. GitHub - home-assistant/core: 🏡 Open source home automation that puts local control and privacy first.
But yeah, better to make yourself known on Discord, or there is a high chance that the PR will go under the radar.
