Access to spotify album image

Hello. I have python script, that downloads image from last.fm when spotify is playing, then identifies most prevalent color of album image and sets tuya rgb lamps to that color.

I am wondering if it can be done in HA - if I can access album image, that spotify entity in HA downloads and then run some python image manipulation to find the color of of album and set tuya rgb to that (or call ifttt that sets the color).

Thank you, but how do I install it? I found something on github, which could be this one and it requires installation through HACS. However, I can’t install HACS because installation guidelines are not working for me.

Ir is it totally different add-on or integration? Thanks, Jan
