Looks like you don’t have an IP address. Network issues? Has it worked in the past?
In addition to what @IOT7712 says, this is your problem
This is probably an issue with Virtual Box.
Check the guide on Windows - Home Assistant
type …

ha >net info
Beside do you really run a VM on (netwerkbrucke !) and WIFI connection ?
Can we also check the settings?
Network Adapter - Bridge
Name: Here I can choose between Realtek Wireless LAN and USB and GbE Family Controller
Adapter Type: Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (82540EM)
Promiscuous Mode: Allow for all VMs and the host
Where is the problem?
Please provide brief support.
Thank you.
Definitely don’t use Wireless. Pick the wired option.
As ShadowFist says choose Ethernet(Wired) as Adapter 1, and make sure no other adapters is enabled in 2-3-4
Note: If you use a wifi-connection for a VM, there is a risk that it will share the MAC of your Host, and therefore reports this to your router, and your Router probably wont provide a dhcp(IP) address to 2 devices with same MAC
Wow, do you have your HAOS-vdi file “installed” under your windows-user-profile ?
Good it got solved!
