I have a mobile HA installation with HAOS (Green) and Victron Cerbo GX on a cellular router with LAN 192.168.10.x. I am able to create a Webpage dashboard in HA to access the Victron Console using local URL http://192.168.10.21/gui-v2/. However, when I access HA remotely via tailscale, this view does not get served up correctly.
I am not sure if the main problem is that Victron uses a self-signed certificate or if tailscale needs to know about my subnetwork in more detail. Has anyone tried this successfully?
OK, I think I have figured it out … partially. I left the webpage view configured as https://192.168.10.21/gui-v2 as before. I then got a tailscale subnet router working on the home assistant. Now the victron console webpage embedded in HA works now. I can also hit the victron page directly by entering 192.168.10.21/gui-v2/ from my remote client’s browser.
Checking this out from the iPhone is not so successful. I can hit the Victron console from a browser as above, but the embedded webpage dashboard in HA does not work in the HA iPhone app.
