Accessing Home Assistant from the Internet

Hello everyone,

My Home Assistant is running :slight_smile:

However, I’m having trouble accessing it via the app from the internet.

My network setup is as follows:

Huawei B311-221 Mobile Modem → Fritzbox → Minix Zero db Z100 with Home Assistant OS

In Home Assistant, I installed the Zero Tier extension, set up a network in Zero Tier, and installed the app on my phone. Then, in the Home Assistant app, I created a new server with the IP address assigned by Zero Tier. The HA app accepts the connection, but I’m getting an error message:

The website at http://192.168.188.19:8123/?external_auth=1 could not be loaded because:

net::ERR-CONNETCTION-TIMED-OUT

The mobile modem assigns an IP address to the Fritz!Box (which is configured as the internet router) via DHCP. The Fritz!Box establishes the 192.168.188.0 network, to which the HA and all other devices are connected.

I’m completely stuck with the network settings. Where do I need to configure what so that access via Zero Tier works?

PS: HA shows “External access is disabled” under Settings → System → Network. Could this be related, and where is the button to enable it (I couldn’t find it in the network settings)?

Also, under my profile in HA → Security, I find the Zerotier network:

The Fritzbox is a 7580.
