I accidentally deleted my entire zwave integration.
HA told me that it would take affect after restarting it.
In the meantime, everything works well.
Is there a way to undo this integration deletion?

You might be okay. I can speak for the Aeotec stick that it retains the zwave nodes, so you wouldn’t have to rediscover everything. However, it won’t retain the labels for the devices in HA.
If you have a backup of the config, restore or copy from that and you should be back in no time.
If you don’t have backups, it is times like these to be reminded that you should backup your configuration.
