Today I updated ESPHome to 2025.6.0 and recompiled the firmware for my Apollo MSRs. I use the Bluetooth proxy module on these devices to support active Bluetooth connections to two Ember mugs in my home.
After the update to 2025.6.0, neither of the mugs worked in Home Assistant. The logs showed the mugs were connected to one of the proxy devices, but all the sensors were unavailable.
I rolled back to 2025.5.2 and everything started working again.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Same problem here. I use a Proxy and have to revert back to the old firmware on my proxy module

i notice that also, i remove it from all my devices
It looks like this is a known issue in ESPHome 2025.6.0. There is a fix made that will be included in 2025.6.1. You can test it now if you want.
The fix is working for me.
