Add a "Dismiss" button to top blue bar

Can we add a dismiss button on top blue bar to remove/hide it from the page.
Whereas it’s great for noob’s, once you know how to format code, it does take quite some space, especially when using a mobile device…

Now we need to decide when the “hidden” flag expires. Session? 1 month?..

What about showing it only in the editor, but already with a Dismiss button.

Guess that would work too.
