Add a Tellstick running on another computer to HA

Hi!

I have Home Assistant up and running on a Raspberry 3. On another Raspberry 2 I have Tellstick running which works fine.

My problem is that i’m not getting my tellstick into HA, i’ve added Tellstick Hub into the configuration.yaml-file and added the tellstick switch into the same file like this:

tellstick:
signal_repetitions: 3

switch:
platform: tellstick

I guess i have to tell HA to look for Tellstick on another computer or do it recognize it by it self as long as they are on the same network?

There is currently no support for that in HA.
But you can try to use Telldus live, https://home-assistant.io/components/tellduslive/

Now I’ve tried do get my Tellstick Duo running on the same Raspberry 3 that i’m using for HA but I can’t get it to work.

The tdtool commands works like it should but my Tellstick switches never shows up in HA. I’ve added the Tellstick Hub i the configuration.yaml file (Don’t mind the lack off spaces in the yaml-example above, i’ts the posting editor who takes the spaces before “signal_repetitions: 3”)

I’ve used this guide to set up my Tellstick Duo:

I’m I missing some steps that make HA recognize my Tellstick?
(I’m fairly new with this so my knowledge on this area is quite limited, but I am eager to learn more)

Hi, I finally got it to work, don’t really know what was wrong but it took me four tries :P. Thanks for taking interest in helping me, very much appreciated.
