My switches currently work via the wizard using (switch) on
or (switch) off
. I would like the wizard to accept other commands, such as (switch) einschalten
. Is this possible?
The wizard?
Sorry, but: wich wizard? Could You give me a link?
That was my question, what wizard are you referring to?
oops, sorry. I had translated badly, I meant the voice assistant.
.../config/voice-assistants/expose?assistants
See step 2 here:
You should be able to select deutsche for the conversation agent.
I tried that, but with this setting the wizard does not work for me. I send the commands to HA as text anyway, so I don’t need speech-to-text. It would be enough for me if I could extend the commands for switches in general, e.g. with an intent.
You can write your own custom intents:
I had already found this source, but is it also possible to extend commands globally for several devices? I have several tasmota switches (switch.tasmota-xxx
) that I would like to switch with alternative terms. I do not want to create a new intent for each device.
You don’t have to. The slot {name}
will work with any named entity.
Thank you, I will try that.
