Add an intent to get the temperature setpoint for a thermostat

Currently the only climate intents are HassClimateSetTemperature and HassClimateGetTemperature and they do not complement each other.

HassClimateSetTemperature sets the temperature setpoint for a thermostat but HassClimateGetTemperature returns the current measured temperature.
It would also be good to have an intent to query the current temperature setpoint.
