Add Floor and Area target to broadcast intent

I am testing the water to check if there is interest in that very small feature.

The Broadcast intent is only global today; you can say

Broadcast dinner is ready

And it will be broadcasted everywhere (except the voice assistant you talked to)

How about adding a floor/area target to it?

Broadcast dinner is ready in the office

Broadcast dinner is ready on the first floor

Yes I abhor the whole home broadcast and want it to die in a fire- it’s especially egregious when the LLM accidentally uses it.

But wouldn’t mind an area target.
