Add integration is difficult to use

When I start the Add integration dialog, it has a long list of integration names and I find something that I could use or try, I select it and it instantly asks some ip-address or other information that I don’t have and I need to cancel. Now the long integration list starts all over and I spend most of the time scrolling it back to where I was. Does anyone else find this annoying?

Imo starting the add process should open another dialog and whatever its result would be, it should come back to the integration list where I left it.

Maybe integration browsing should be done in smaller chunks per “page” and next page once you reach the bottom of it?

I would also prefer some kind of “presentation mode” where each integration could add some big picture, a diagram, graphic, list of features/supported device, links to browser etc - kind of introduction slide to provide more information and help in selection process. Now there is just an icon and name which might not tell much. And maybe some way to first show the new ones or changed ones that might be more relevant to me that the ones I’ve seen already a year ago.

Would it be possible to add some geographic / WGS84 / country relevance metainformation to the integration? HASS already knows where I am and it could show those local services, relevant ones first or in some kind of local listing to make it easier to find them.

Type the beginning letters of the integration name to filter the list.
