Add-on not installing for Hassio with Ubuntu 18.04 VM

I previously ran HA from a RPI3 and the SD failed after about a year so now I’m exploring the option of installing HA on a VM. I followed the instructions on this page to install Hassio on Ubuntu VM: Installing Hass.io. Everything went well on the install, HA starts up just fine. The problem started when I started adding the Add-ons. I can add 2, 3, maybe 4 add-ons, then I start running into errors installing. Below is an example:

19-03-12 16:53:30 ERROR (SyncWorker_0) [hassio.docker.interface] Can’t install dwelch2101/zigbee2mqtt-amd64:1.2.1 -> 404 Client Error: Not Found (“no such image: dwelch2101/zigbee2mqtt-amd64:1.2.1: No such image: dwelch2101/zigbee2mqtt-amd64:1.2.1”).

Then I refreshed the VM and tried installing the zigbee2mqtt add-on first and I had success.

19-03-12 15:20:54 INFO (MainThread) [hassio.addons.addon] Create Home Assistant add-on data folder /data/addons/data/7ad98f9c_zigbee2mqtt 19-03-12 15:20:54 INFO (SyncWorker_1) [hassio.docker.interface] Pull image dwelch2101/zigbee2mqtt-amd64 tag 1.2.1. 19-03-12 15:22:01 INFO (SyncWorker_1) [hassio.docker.interface] Tag image dwelch2101/zigbee2mqtt-amd64 with version 1.2.1 as latest

I read somewhere in the forums the first error is due to storage space issue. The VM has 64GB, which I would think is more than enough for a few add-ons. I used Portainer to check the Docker images/size and seems like I’m using 4GB of the 64GB allocated to the VM.

Does anyone know what is causing the space issue?

Thanks

I have installed Hassio fine on a VirtualBox Debian VM with a Windows 10 host OS.
I allocated 50 GB but I think my small installation only took a little more than 5.
