Add-On translation for the DOCS.md

Hi, how can I translate the DOCS.md for my Add-on? I want to offer a German documentation but don’t find any example or documentation for this?

thank you for the link. Maybe I’m blind, but I can’t find any hint, how to offer a translated DOCS.md file for an App.

For multilingual docs, it would be better to include a link to the wiki page in the README.
