Add-ons for Mosquitto failed to install

hi guys,

I tried to install the adds-on: Mosquito, however I failed for trying several times. It comes up with the following error (copy from the log):

Failed to to call /addons/core_mosquitto/install - Can’t install homeassistant/aarch64-addon-mosquitto:6.5.1: 500 Server Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.51/images/create?tag=6.5.1&fromImage=homeassistant%2Faarch64-addon-mosquitto&platform=linux%2Farm64: Internal Server Error (“Get “https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/”: context deadline exceeded”)

Does it happen to anyone else here? What shall I do to fix?
I’m relying on Mosquito to setup mqtt for use of frigate. Never thought I would failed at the very first step. :expressionless:

Likely you need to fix your DNS as it can not find the repository.

See: How to set DNS after first install particularly the “note” as you have access to your frontend.

I tried already, set DNS with 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4, tried them all. Result came out the same as shown with the error info above.

Do you run pi-hole, adguard or some other network filter that would be blocking the request?

No, I didn’t use HA that much.

It’s for the purpose of Homekit integrated with IP cameras only.

Anyone there can help? :sob:
