Adding Devices

Configuration Z-Wave

I was given a number of Zwave devices from someone and I have been trying to add them and not having any luck.
I already have a Schlage, Aeotec Multi Sensor 6, Zooz Outdoor Sensor, using an Aeotec stick.

Trying to add these devices:
Ecolink PIR Zwave2
GE ZW4201 Outdoor Plugs
GE ZW3101 Plug
Schlage RP200 Plug
Aeotec Siren Gen5

I have tried factory defaulting them, excluding them, none of them show up when adding nodes, even securely.

Thoughts?

Error messages?

Have you read the “how to ask a question section”?

No error messages, nothing comes up in ozw.log when I click Add_Node in the Zwave Config. I was able to get other devices added fine just not these ones.

I found this error actually:

Hi, I found a good description of the ZW4201 here: https://community.smartthings.com/t/ge-jasco-zw4201-used-product-addition-difficulties/218384

Updated for HA:
To reset any old settings

  1. Unplug the ZW4201
  2. In Zwave JS click Remove Node
  3. Hold down the 4201 button for 3+ seconds while plugging it in.
  4. Press the 4201 button once more

Repeat the above for Add Node.
