Hello, I want to add Croatian voice commands but I wanna do it locally. Is there a way to do it without cloud?

Yeah it says its not supported yet, but few days ago it let me select Croatian through Google translate tts locally. Now its just through cloud.
Okay now I got it to work somehow but the voice recognition doesent work. When I type it it works but when I speak it doesent
If you read some more (docs, forum, …) you will see that local processing is the least option and depending on the HW you use, it might differ.
I have used HA a few years without NC subscription but at some point decided to support them.
Accessing my HA from the internet was possible in different ways so no need there either for the cloud account.
When voice got better I jumped on it and soon realized that for good results using my NC cloud subscription would be an improvement and it really is.
For things that are difficult to automate, voice is used more and more over here
