Adding integrations to core

how can i add instegrations to core, i.e alert.

By editing your configuration.yam file.

e.g. https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/alert/#basic-example

UI config flow for Alert integration is not available at the moment, of course the integration is available for any HA installation method in general.
