Adding Items to a Dashboard

Hi,

Love all the new additions to the Home Assistant UI.

One thing that seems to be broken is adding entity Items to a Dashboard Via the Integrations page under System - Device and Services.

So before using the example below you could just click on Add to Dashboard and select a card type and dashboard to add it to and it would.

Now it does not even display all my dashboards and seems to say its added the entities and save successfully, it seems to added nothing to any dashboard.

Its not a feature request, it worked before but is now broken so it is a bug. I will move to the GitHub repo.
