Adding z-wave xml to Open Zwave config how to

So I made a big mistake… I bought the newest version of the Fibaro RGBW controller. The version 2 to be exact.

Now it seems that this doesn’t yet have support from the forked python openzwave version 1.4 that Home Assistant uses.

Still not worried I went on to google for solution. No luck yet. Now I’m trying to import the xml file that is part of 1.6

Long story short:
Raspbian Buster uptodate
Home Assistant 105.2
Z-Wave Aeotec

My question has anyone gotten around to adding a 1.6 version xml file in to the Home Assistant version of Python OpenZwave?
And then… how? Tips?

If you have already added the new device to your zwave network, you can stop HA, backup your zwcfg xml file and carefully make the edits to match the 1.6 version of the device specific xml file. I’ve done this in the past and it seemed to work OK.

Check, read about that as well.
Is it possible for you to show your xml part?

That would help tremendously I reckon.
For instance I cannot imagine that the different versions have the same formatting.

Unfortunately, I am on the road this for the next couple of days but if you are still looking on Friday, I will get something posted… What I did is look for some of the entries in the xml file and add/modify those portions. I may have posted some previous examples if you want to search (way) back on the forum.
