It’s been 5 years since last using Home Assistant so I’m a little rusty haha. I am however new to running scripts and ADB commands.
I am currently trying to achieve an automation where the TV Volume is adjusted based on the current user. I have a TCL TV which runs Google TV. I already have it connected to HA using the Android TV Remote integration and an ADB conneciton using the Android Debug Bridge integration.
So I have 2 Google accounts set up on this TV. I was hoping to build a script/automation where it detects when you switch to a different Google account, and adjusts the TV volume based on who is using the TV. Later I’m trying to achieve more, but for now this I would like to be the first thing to try.
Since I am completely new to ADB and HA scripts, I have no clue where to start haha. if anyone could show me the right direction or let me know how I can achieve this (if possible), that would be amazing
