Advanced SSH Terminal does not open

Good morning to the entire community!!

I’m a new home assistant user and this is my first question to the community (I don’t think it will be the last :slight_smile: ). I also want to say that I am very inexperienced in terms of this technological universe and I still retain all the new nomenclature.

That said, I installed advanced ssh & terminal, configured user, pass and authorized keys (I saw how to do it in a video) and I was also able to access it through the external terminal, from the Mac. I even associated port 22222 as I saw in another community post. I need your help to get around this, this beginning of the experience is being tough because the learning curve is really slow, considering the zero degree I am at. thanks everyone!!

Edit: something I realized in the meantime, for example when I try to enter the “home assistant cloud” it gives the error “error while loading page cloud”. When I try to access the “network” (external access disabled) the system gives the error “error while loading page network”.

Problem solved. Was the browser, just change for chrome and was ok. thanks!
