Aeon Z-stick not detected

Greetings
I’ve been running Hassio on a RPi4 for over a year now with RFXcom, Aeon Z-stick and conbee II connected to an USB hub. The USB hub is an old one and is beginning to fall apart and when I connect the devices directly to the PRi they are all detected, but not the Z-stick. The Z-stick is ONLY detected and gets an address if it’s connected through the USB hub. The blinking status lights on the stick goes active in both cases. I have no idea where to begin, any suggestions?

The Aeotec stick doesn’t work directly vonnected to the Pi, becausr it doesn’t follow the USB standards correctly. It’s a known issue with USB 3.0. Either you need to get a new USB hub or buy the new version of the Aeotec stick.
