Aeotec Dry Contact sensor missing from Zwave Config but sensors are in developer list

At this point the binary sensor does not change whether or not the inputs are shorted. According to an earlier related post, I need to change report type in Zwave configuration in order for this device to work. Unfortunately I can’t seem to get it to show up in Zwave Configuration. Waking it up before or during a restart doesn’t seem to help. My zwave interface is an aeotec z-stick gen 5.

I replaced the battery to no avail. I did manage to get the node to show up in zwave configuration but haven’t been able to repeat. Here’s all that’s in the OZW log about that node. This is from one of the times it did not show up. in configuration:

I know this post is a bit older but, I am having similar difficulties. I changed the report type as well, as OP said. The zwave device is showing up, and seven entities are too. The device is sending data, as I can see the “ReceivedCnt” go up each time the state is changed (in this case, open/closed). Can someone help me understand which values it typically sends? If I can determine that, at least I can create a custom sensor based on that value.
