Aeotec Micro Smart Dimmer 2E - Not loading secondary switches

Ok, I come from the VERA world and transitioned over a year or so ago… I was successful in offloading the network to a Z-Stick 5 without too much hassle. I have 20 or so Z-Wave devices and a bunch of other wireless plugs. The issue I am now having is with two of the devices which are AEOTEC Micro Smart Dimmers. They’ve worked fine until recently and now the main switch works but the individual switches for the two loads do not. When I look at the card for the device, it shows an error: This entity is no longer being provided by the zwave_js integration. If the entity is no longer in use, delete it in settings.

I’ve tried deleting them on one of the switches and reinterviewing, but they no longer show up on that device. I’m at a loss of what to do after working on this for the last few days.

I have a ZSTICK 10 PRO coming but I don’t think that would fix the issue. Maybe it will… I’d rather not replace these as they are in outdoor ceiling fan box that also switches LED can lights. If necessary, I could put govee lights out in the can lights and just use the main switch, but would rather fix the issue.

If these are going to need replaces, recommendations?

As an update, I’ve also now seen that the single load version of this switch is not working on two of my switches. With this failure, I no longer have any of this brand working in my house at this time.

These were working before the last update I believe.

As another update, I did upgrade to the ZSTICK 10, (that’s a fun process…), and it did not correct the issue. I was able to get the single switches working by removing power and turning power back on. This did not work for the dual switches. I feel like when the interview stops at 51% of somewhere around there that it is not pulling information for the multiswitch aspect. No parameters?
