Aeotec ZWA019 Firmware from 2.1 to 2.3 just spins

I forget when this was introduced to Home Assistant but my two Aeotec ZWA019 showed that there was a new 2.3 firmware update that I could go to from my 2.1 current firmware update. I have tried this several times and they just spin and spin for days or weeks and never update. Rebooting still shows them at 2.1 and shows they can be update.

I would love for HA to get better at updating firmware of my devices, especially Z-Wave. I have several Leviton DZ6HD and ZW6HD I know have updated firmware but no real way to update them.

Did you wake up the device after starting the upgrade?

That started it but I have one sitting at 54% and the other sitting at 15% after a couple hours.
