I’ve got 2 multisensors configured for binary sensor report. I get continuous climate data at expected intervals. However, the motion sensor (burglar) won’t update at all. I haven’t been at home all week but they both have been stuck in tamper (3) after correctly changing from 0 to 8 on the day I left. They then went back to 0 and then to 3 where they have been ever since. Also, the binary sensor on both devices shows ‘off’ all the time.
Both are battery powered and the batteries are brand new (100%)
Am I missing something here?
I have had this problem before and did a factory reset on the 2 devices plus the aeotec gen 5 stick, removed the entire network and did everything from scratch - to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated
