After 2026.4.1 update, every restart end with "Wrapping up startup" warning

Yesterday I updated my installation to 2026.4.1 and, since then, I get this message at the end of every restart.
Wrapping up
I can dismiss the message, but what’s causing it?
I checked the core logs, I have some warnings and errors on one of my integration, but none seems related to this wrapping up message.
Can someone help me with this?
Thanks

That message has always been there. But it’s usually followed up shortly after by “Home Assistant has started” and everything is dismissed automatically.

Are you saying that the last part never shows up no matter how long you wait?

Yea, I’m seeing that too! It has just started the latest supervisor, OS and 2026.4.1 updates (all done today). It does not go away unless you dismiss or refresh the web page.

The “Wrapping up startup” message stays on until I dismiss it.
The “Home Assistant has started” message never shows up.

I’m having exactly the same issues. I thought i was going mad. Nothing obvious in the logs either and have to manually dismiss that message, otherwise it stays there forever. I have a couple of Echo Show 8’s with Lineage OS and View Assist on them which i have to clear the message on manually after a restart

A fix has been made for this, should show in the next frontend patch :+1:

Where did you see the fix ?
Because for me this issue is still present in 2026.4.2

I didn’t know there was a general issue. I just hit the browser refresh, and it cleared up for me. (So maybe I had done the infamous “Clear the front-end cache” thing?) Only happened once.
