[2025-06-23 09:58:30] error: z2m: Error: Failed to connect to the adapter (Error: SRSP - SYS - ping after 6000ms)

The coordinator is a poe SLB device. Which is in its current status alive and online.
Ill set up the HA from scratch…configure ZHA on a Sonoff, add in the SLB connection - everything will work fine for a few weeks, then itll go offline.

HA is a VM running on ProxMox with a fixed IP.

What device do you exactly have ?

Its an SLZB-06P7 - i got the highest specced one i could…i will also add ive got a second one running as a router…ive got a 4 storey house so i wanted better coverage.

And what firmware versions ?

All up to date…in that ive been carrying out the firmware updates according to the HA letting me know theres a new version out…

That points to a network disconnection, but if everything is up to date. Have you enabled the watchdog in the add-on ?

Yes - watchdog is running, i can also log into the SLB and see that its live and connected to the internet. Im at work at the moment but i can login to home and reboot the poe network switch which will force a reboot of the SLB’s…

This one too ?

let me check…
Edit - no watchdog is not running there…can i transpose your settings there to it?

Yes you can

ok - thats done (thanks very much) thats a new setting i didnt know of.

Edit - error is still there, but now the setting is in its rolling round each time…but thats still a handy setting though! :slight_smile:

Ah - its back up…i rebooted the switch…! i do have an alternative POE switch i can plug into so ill try that tonight when i get home…

Thanks very much for your help…got me in the right direction.!
