I am getting “entity not available” and also when I go to the login page my username and password is no longer valid. It also shows a met office premium page.
Have they changed the free tiers?
Is this in issue with the integration?
Which Met Office service are you using?
The old one, Datapoint, is being phased out and replaced by Datahub. You need a different account.
I don’t think the HA integration works with Datahub yet. However there is an excellent set of templates and sensors to access the new API here:
Pretty sure I have registered for Datahub and that is what I was using to get data via the API key

For me the service has been dropping in and out since the start of April.
The Met Office Datapoint service is ending in September this year and is currently unsupported.
If you’re using the “official” HA integration, Datapoint is the service you are accessing, and you need to migrate soon.
I am using the official integration it seems.
Same for me. Looks like I need to migrate.
I migrated and installed the other version. It works fine you just need to update with the new entity names. There is no three hourly, its hourly now.
What version did you install? I may be being dopey here, but I can only get the official integration working with my old datapoint api key.
This is the current one I have installed: Met Office - Home Assistant
But i did need to create a new account on the datahub not datapoint server.
