This morning I updated the ESPhome builder (2025.10.1). but I discovered that all the devices I have there can no longer be reached via my Homey. Has anything changed that could be causing this and can I solve this myself?
Do you mean that ESPHome devices built with 2025.10.1 don’t work with the ESPHome app for Homey anymore?

The developer of the Homey app for ESPHome stopped working on it. Athom has said they might be interested in taking over, but that’s what they often say and it hardly ever materialises.
So probably the only thing you can do is revert back to an ESPHome version that still works with the Homey app.
