After updating to 2026.4.2, Dconz and rtl_433 do not work

Hi, the whole Home Assistant thing for me is that I use various devices communicating via Dconz and rtl_433.
After the last update, not a single application works.
rtl_433 does not start and if I start it manually it stops.
Deconz does not start and when I try to start it writes an error that can be seen in the picture below.
I am attaching logs from both applications and a screen of the deconz settings.

Did you also update the OS to 17.2 by any chance? Also, are you running HA on a Raspberry Pi4?

If the answer to both the above questions is yes, you need to update the eeprom on the Pi. Read this for step by step instructions.

Thank you for the answer. It is exactly as you say. I have OS 17.2 and RPi4.
I also performed a backup of 4 days ago but it did not help. Somewhere on the internet they wrote that in the configuration file you need to re-enable UART so I did that and it did not help either.
Now I would like to update the epprom but I can’t log in in the command line.
I also use Samba share. So I tried to enter the login details that Samba uses but it does not work. How should I do it please?

Hi Peeetr, not an answer to your question.
FYI: those IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are local IP addresses and cannot be reached from outside of your network without additionally exposing that host.
Those are none routable on the global internet by default so it’s useless to mask them.
Also, many people probably are using the same range which is translated by your router to communicate outside of your network.

Sometimes internally it changes the TTYxxx assignments, so it is suggested to use the /serial/by-id/ URL that always talks to your dongle by serial number so it is always right.
You can find out what that is by using:

and looking for it under all hardware, something like this:

Once you have the long URL use that instead of the ttyxxx one. Zigbee2mqtt will not start , can not find the usb0 port - #5 by Saoshen

If you are using a Container installation, this is how to see the /serial/by-id/ URL:
ls -l /dev/serial/by-id Be sure to include the ‘/dev/serial/by-id/’ in front of the response as you need to tell it the full path.
