After upgrade 0.44 tts is taking over 10 seconds

after upgrade 0.44 HA getting below error not loading stuck on this
WARNING:homeassistant.setup:Setup of notify is taking over 10 seconds.
WARNING:homeassistant.setup:Setup of device_tracker is taking over 10 seconds.
WARNING:homeassistant.setup:Setup of tts is taking over 10 seconds.

after disable tts stck on this

any solution

are you able to access the frontend after updating to 0.44? I am not able to and have no errors in my log.

cant see GUI its just stuck here.
