(again...) 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble

Dear all,
yes, 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble, again.
There are dozens or hundreds of threads related to this issue.
I’ve read many of these but haven’t found any good solutions. Maybe it depends on my environment…
DS216j (pretty old but it works)
DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 4
HA Core 2022.10.5.-19 recently updated
Before this update I had no problems integrating devices connected to my network and creating automations: Shelly, Netatmo.
Since I installed this version, at first the Shelly devices were not recognized then, after doing a new installation, not even the Netatmo device is recognized (500 Internal Server Error Server…)
An indication: in my opinion devices or services that are NOT on my home network (shelly…etc.) are instead integrated without problems, for example: Tuya, Accuweather, etc.
It appears that the HA server is unable to reach devices on the home network.
Used several browsers but nothing changes.
The error is still the same: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble.
Thanks for your precious support
